Online Poker News from

In an unprecedented move
yesterday, Excapsa Software Inc. closed all American and U.S.
based poker players accounts at it's newest card room
PokerShare.com.
Although details are still sketchy
there are many rumors littering the internet. All we can
divulge right now at Poker Affiliate World are a few facts that
affiliates should know before making assumptions.
Let's dispel a few myths about
PokerShare.com and UltimateBet.com. PokerShare is NOT
a skin of UltimateBet. Both companies are essentially skins of
Excapsa Software Inc. which is based out of Canada. So contrary
to popular belief Ultimate Bet does not make a percentage off of
PokerShare's players. The only benefit they gain is having more
active players on the network.
There is no question that up to this point UB has been the
flagship product and brand to Excapsa Software Inc. UB was
launched back in 2001 and has grown to be one of the Top 5 poker
websites in the world. Some of the other websites on Excapsa's
network include:
UltimateBet.net, UltimatePoker.com, DiscoverPoker.com,
BenefitPoker.org,
cardplayerpoker.com, ACFPoker.com, GreenTiePoker.com,
DV8Poker.com.............
And of course the newest brand to the network PokerShare.com.
Here are the facts. Last night
all players received the following email from a third party and
not from support@PokerShare.com. Max Wright, CEO of
PokerShare.com has publicly stated that he was not aware of this
change and it was made as well the emails being sent without his
knowledge.
