Poker Share opened
for business its second time around in May of 2006 on the TAIN
Network but since moved the the Microgaming Network where it
currently operates. Poker Shares concept has evolved greatly
over the years, the theme of their site is the motto and idea of
"You player here, you own it" which simply put gives players the
opportunity to share in a portion of all Poker Share revenues.
Software and graphics (6)
Poker Share uses a customized
version of the Microgaming software which is reliable with decent graphics and
playability. Player can view table stats from the lobby, take notes on each
other, use player search and take advantage of all the other advanced features
the software has to offer.

Poker Share has a great player
volume with 2,400+ simultaneous ring game players during peak hours. (June

Poker Share offers Holdem,
Omaha (Hi and Hi/Lo), 7 Card Stud and 5 Card Stud. All games are offering in NL,
PL, and FL with the exception of Omaha Hi/Lo which is only offered in FL and PL.
5 Card Draw is offered in FL, NL and PL variations.

The rake is average at five percent
with no more than three dollars raked per pot.
Soft competition (5)
Poker Share has a good mixture of
competition with plenty of fish (thanks to sport book and casino spill over from
network partners) and a good number of experienced players who are attracted by

First depositors receive a very generous Poker Share bonus which is a 100% deposit match up to $300. In order to clear this bonus players much play 20 hands which are raked 25 cents or more for each pending bonus dollar within 12 months of the initial deposit.
Loyalty bonus (8)
The PokerShare Loyalty bonus is the main selling feature of the PokerShare
brand. All players earn FPP (table above) based on hand played the shares can be
converted to cash, redeemed for prizes or used to make charitable contributions
through the site. In addition a players lifetime FPP earnings give them a share
of ownership of a company trust (The trust is 40% of the companies ownership).
For example if one player earned 10,000 lifetime FPP and the total FPP earned
lifetime to date were 400,000 that player would own 1/40ty of the trust 2.5%. In
the event the company every floated on the stock exchange that player would
receive 2.5% of the amount the trust receives.
